Traya Jewels – Returns, Exchanges & Buyback Policy

At Traya Jewels, each piece is crafted with care. As a standard practice in the jewellery industry, we do not offer cash refunds on returned jewellery to prevent misuse after wear. However, we ensure complete value retention through exchanges and store credit, allowing you to shop with us anytime.

3-Day Return Policy (Store Credit Only)

Unused and unworn sterling silver jewellery can be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition. Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable unless the item is received damaged or defective.

All items must be returned with intact original packaging. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. No monetary refunds will be issued for returns. The full eligible value of the returned product will be credited as Traya Store Credit. This store credit has no expiry and can be used to purchase any product from our store at any time.

To initiate a return, customers must place a request through our website or contact customer support. Store credit will be issued within 1 working day after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Lifetime Exchange Policy (Up to 5 Years)

Exchanges are available for up to 5 years from the date of purchase. The exchange value is calculated based on the current market value of sterling silver at the time of exchange. Making charges and GST are non-refundable. The eligible value will be issued as store credit or wallet balance, which can be used for future purchases.

Buyback Policy (Up to 5 Years)

Buyback is available within 5 years of the purchase date. The buyback value can be up to 100% of the original purchase value, depending on the condition of the jewellery and prevailing silver rates. Making charges, GST, and a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the buyback amount.

General Return & Exchange Conditions

All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt. Items with significant damage, excessive wear, or missing components may be rejected. Claims for missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must be supported by a clear unboxing video.
