Lifetime Plating Warranty

Our lifetime plating warranty covers plating-related issues under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, chemicals, or improper storage.

Orders & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellation requests are subject to approval. Personalized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Exchanges, Returns & Buyback

All exchanges, returns, and buybacks are governed by our separate Exchanges, Returns & Buyback Policy available on our website.
