We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Traya Jewels. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at trayajewels@gmail.com to request a Return.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including a copy of your invoice.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

All items must be returned with intact original packaging. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. No monetary refunds will be issued for returns. The full eligible value of the returned product will be credited as Traya Store Credit. This store credit has no expiry and can be used to purchase any product from our store at any time. To initiate a return, customers must place a request through our website or contact customer support. Store credit will be issued within 1 working day after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for up to 5 years from the date of purchase. The exchange value is calculated based on the current market value of sterling silver at the time of exchange. Making charges and GST are non-refundable. The eligible value will be issued as store credit or wallet balance, which can be used for future purchases.
