Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Traya Jewels. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at trayajewels@gmail.com to request a Return.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including a copy of your invoice.
3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
